Swedish Massage:

Uses slower more forceful pressure and strokes to target and pinpoint deeper knots in muscle and connective tissue to help with muscle damage and injuries.

Deep Heat Therapy
Deep massage using hot towels and muscle warming oil to less invasively tackle deep knots and tension. Then cooling gel to reduce inflammation and pain relaxing your body to the core.
